The Tortoise and the Hare

On Thursday afternoon Paiaka Hub enjoyed the adventurous and interactive adaptation of Aesop's beloved fable The Tortoise and the Hare.  We spent the afternoon laughing and learning about diversity, kindness and how to be a real winner.

Cross Country

It was lovely weather for being outside and for the St Francis of Assisi Cross Country. Students in the Paiaka Hub have been practising their long distance running through Term One and were ready for the day.

Hui Awards Week 5

Congratulations to Lauren,Xavier,Caleb, Olivia,George,Tharun, Louka and Bronte for your hard work in the hub.

Learning in Paiaka Week Five

This week we have been measuring.....

A beebot travels 15cm on each move. We had to make a track and code  it so that it wouldn't crash. (computational thinking and measuring)
